Rancourt Collision & Automotive Repair provides a limited manufacturer's parts warranty from date part was purchased, unless mfg. warranty states otherwise. Please note that Shop warranty does not exceed mfg. warranty. The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranty by mfg.

Warranty will exclude and rock chips, rust or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.

Rancourt Collision & Automotive Repair provides a lifetime warranty, from effective date stated on work order, on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peelings, or hazing that would be a direct result of our workmanship and or the quality of the paint.

Rancourt Collision & Automotive Repair will provide a 1 year warranty on the application and adhesion of decrorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will reprime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted (excluding rust repair), when a claimis made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.

Specifically excluded are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assmblies and components which are not specifically covered by written warranty.
